Clarion Head Units

Clarion is a Japanese electronics manufacture that specialises in car audio, automotive navigations systems and in-car personal computing. Founded in 1940, products were previously marketed under the name AddZest -however in 2005 ‘Clarion’ became the worldwide brand name. Clarion is known for its relationship with fellow-Japanese car giants Nissan. With a huge following in Japan and a growing market in Europe, Clarion are a quirky brand who hold a much-publicised contest to find a ‘Clarion Girl’ who will represent the brand in television and print advertising campaigns for the year. However it’s not all fun and game as Clarion and their head units are know for their association with huge car manufactures including Ford, Volkswagen and Peugeot.
